COPS

On 07/26/06 at 1400 hours I (Cpl.
Fanelli) was on uniform patrol in a marked patrol vehicle when I was dispatched to a residential neighborhood in regards to a cute prowler with no pants!

As I arrived on scene I spotted an individual matching the suspect description (approx. 32” tall, brown hair, clean shaven, wearing a grey shirt and Huggies). As I exited the patrol vehicle the suspect fled on foot. The suspect fled NE through the neighborhood. After a short foot pursuit I apprehended the suspect.

The suspect was transported to my residence for macaroni and cheese.
